Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’d like to introduce myself.
My name is Laura and I am credentialed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience.
I believe that no one is exempt from life’s ups and downs, and these experiences can often be complicated, leaving us feeling stuck.
I support clients to heal, experience change and to help explore what you are going through at your own pace. If you feel ready, I would be honoured to help.
I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
Much of my work supports clients with emotional abuse, issues with self worth, depression, anxiety, connection, identify and self esteem.
I support clients to understand how distressing life events and generational patterns influence our thoughts and perceptions of the world, as well as navigating the grief cycle following a loss.
I also have had experiences with lots of children and family’s on the spectrum of adhd and autism – helping them with my warm and deeply empathic approach, my goal is to meet where you are. I strive to create a non- judgemental and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
My aim in the sessions is to allow you to be you, in a space that is nourishing and encourages you to become more self aware and take the steps needed to become the most authentic version of yourself.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
Together we can work towards building resilience, fostering self compassion, and creating lasting change.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I look forward to working with you on your journey towards a greater well being and fulfilment.
remember you are not alone in this.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, using video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, accessible route to consistent support.
