I offer 20 years experience in working with adults from a variety of Mental Health settings & MH Charities. I’m trained to work in identifying and accessing the client’s core emotions and blind spots so as to unravel ‘stuckness’ or confusion that may somehow be stopping you from moving forward and realising your full potential. Successful therapy requires the presence of therapeutic conditions such as complete acceptance, a non-judgmental attitude and, an empathic listening ear to facilitate a safe space for the good work we will do together in gaining a deeper therapeutic experience & a long-lasting change.
NB. As an Advanced Rainbow Therapist I can also support clients with infertility issues, baby/ infant loss, as well as, being a trained Specialised Narcissim-Aware Therapist supporting clients who are dealing with coercive and manipulative behaviours in their relationship.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I hope to see you soon 🙂

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different therapeutic fit. For many people, remote therapy is a practical and effective way to access consistent support for everyday mental health concerns.
