Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here!
Thinking about reaching out for support takes courage. Starting therapy can feel daunting, whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. But taking this step today is essential to the change you’re hoping for—and you don’t have to do it alone.
My focus in therapy is on you: on creating a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I believe that being heard, accepted, and understood can have a powerful impact on emotional well-being and the ability to move forward.
What to expect when working with me
My approach is human and relational, rather than medical or diagnostic. I bring kindness, intuition, and respect into each session, and I tailor our work to reflect your unique needs and goals. I see each client as a whole person, not a list of symptoms, and I’ll work in partnership with you, gently and collaboratively.
About my training and experience
I’m a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), meaning I work ethically and am committed to providing a high-quality, professional service. I’m also trained in delivering therapy online and by phone through ACTO-approved training (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online, UK).
My work is integrative with a strong humanistic foundation, and I draw especially from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy. This approach supports deep self-understanding, healing from emotional pain, and cultivating more inner harmony and self-trust.
Over the past six years, I’ve supported people through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, trauma, childhood abuse, addiction, grief, and significant life changes. My particular focus is on trauma-informed care, offering support for those impacted by developmental trauma, adverse childhood experiences, or overwhelming life events.
Having lived and studied across different cultures, I bring a deep appreciation for the richness and complexity of diverse life experiences. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, offering a heartfelt sensitivity to issues of identity, difference, and belonging. I understand how challenging it can be to move between cultures — to find your place, connect with others, and feel truly seen.
My aim is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your story is met with care and understanding. I want to help you feel more like yourself again: grounded, whole, and empowered to live with greater clarity, meaning, and ease. Whether you’re ready to begin or still feeling unsure, I’m here to walk alongside you with respect and compassion.
I look forward to the opportunity to work together!
P.S. Just so you know, I offer video sessions only, especially for new clients. A stable internet connection is required. I’ve found that meeting face-to-face, even virtually, provides the best chance for us to build a sense of comfort and safety early on. It also helps us connect more naturally, putting a face to the story and supporting a stronger, more trusting therapeutic relationship, which I believe really supports your process from the very beginning.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the principal benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering remote work are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. For a wide range of everyday mental health and relationship challenges, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for many people.
