Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP accredited, client-centred Counsellor and Mindfulness Teacher licensed in the UK (1993 and 2020), and a Yoga Therapist licensed with IAYT (February 2023) with over 30 years of working experience using the skills of therapy and counselling. I am also completing my training as a CBT psychotherapist and a Masters in Art Therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, eating disorders, low self-esteem, OCD, personality disorders, addictions, neurodiversity, bereavement, childhood trauma, relationship problems, and post natal depression . I offer couples counselling and run a group on Better Help offering yoga therapy tools to aid the symptoms of anxiety.
My therapy style is client-centered, and combines Rogerian counseling with Yoga Therapy as needed, to assist with the integration of body and mind, thus offering a somatic experience. I also offer CBT and use Art therapy as a modality in thier own right, or as an intervention on occasions when the client finds it helpful. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to take the first steps to explore your inner world. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you on that journey and aim to offer a safe, confidential space where you can make the changes you desire.
I look forward to getting to know you!

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes – evidence shows that online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist using the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. This approach helps ensure people can find the support style and therapeutic relationship that works for them.
