Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello friend,
My name is Ed and I am a licensed therapist with over 5 years of professional work experience both online and in person. I help clients with anxiety and stress, intrusive thoughts, over-thinking and rumination, low motivation, jealousy-related issues, hurt, shame and guilt, as well as low self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Why that particular stuff? Because it all once dominated me at some point in my life and I decided to turn helping everyone dominate it into a career.
I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I’ve had more than a few people say to me “you’re gonna think I’m crazy” or “this will sound stupid”. Trust me, you’re not crazy and it never sounds stupid. The problems we humans go through, no matter how seemingly strange to us, are in fact more normal and regular than you may imagine. It’s because they seem strange and scary to you that we don’t want to address or talk about them through fear of judgement. Even so, wouldn’t life just be better if we learned how to manage them with someone who’s on your side.
I am the person who’s here to listen with complete non-judgment and help you get through those problems and in time over them. Believe me when I say that like most psychotherapists I’ve been through my own journey of previous personal challenges (feel free to ask). So when I say “yeah, I get it” trust me, I get it.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope I can be of help no matter your age, gender, background or personal beliefs. By being here it shows you’ve made the decision to heal from what you’re experiencing and that means you’ve got the will to overcome your problem.
In order to be happy, it helps to learn how to not be unhappy, right?
Stay awesome,
Ed

Edmund Britton is a licensed therapist with over five years of professional experience working both online and in person. He supports people coping with anxiety and stress, intrusive thoughts, over-thinking and rumination, low motivation, jealousy-related issues, hurt, shame and guilt, and difficulties with self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
He chose this line of work after encountering many of the same struggles himself and deciding to turn that experience into a career of helping others. He approaches each person with respect and compassion and intentionally creates a space where concerns that feel strange or embarrassing can be discussed without judgment.
Edmund listens attentively and offers a non-judgmental presence while working with clients to manage their problems and, over time, move beyond them. Like many psychotherapists, he has navigated his own personal challenges and is open to discussing that background if it will help the therapeutic process.
He welcomes clients of any age, gender, background, or belief, and views the decision to seek help as an important first step toward healing.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better.
