Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, in the UK. I am currently offering telephone and/or video sessions.
Prior to beginning my Counselling training in 2001 , I had worked for 20+ years in US companies in a variety of Human Resource roles where I worked with many ” life event” issues for our employees.
I trained at The Gestalt Centre in London and my therapeutic style is focused on raising awareness of our holistic self ie our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual awareness, in order to help identify areas in our lives that may benefit from change. I also integrate CBT techniques as appropriate.
I hope my clients find my style to be warm , flexible and ultimately rewarding.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, using video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients can switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective way to work on everyday emotional and relational challenges while maintaining the practicalities of modern life.
