Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified Counsellor with more than five years experience. My practice modalities are based in person centred listening therapy and I also offer CBT for areas where it can be useful.
I offer a non-judgemental, listening approach to allow room for exploration of all topics and situations which are causing concern. I help achieve clarity through understanding.
I believe that we are all part of the human family with spiritual souls which need taking care of and treated kindly, with respect, and part of life’s journey is to learn to improve how we treat ourselves. I am holistic in my approach. I appreciate and recognise the connection between mind, body and spirit and I encourage my clients to improve their daily treatment of themselves through noticing and paying attention to sleep patterns, diet and exercise, as well as their internal self-talk and mind chatter.
I specialise in helping people suffering from trauma of life events as well as people in recovery from abusive relationships. I have experience of helping people overcome the trauma of being in a relationship with a person who has strong narcissistic personality traits.
Thanks for reading, and I look forward to working with you.
