Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Dear Clients,
Thank you for clicking on my profile to find out more about me. I am delighted to offer you my full support on Tuesdays (and Thursdays afternoons, over the summer). The counselling slots that are available for you on Tuesdays are between 9am and 9pm (UK Time) and the slot length is 45 minutes. Our first session is 50 minutes in length to ensure that we have been able to review all of your presenting issues and goals and also discussed your Wellbeing Score* for the current month. As well your weekly 45 minute slot, I am available during the week to review your messages and voicenotes.
I’ve been successfully counselling and coaching clients for a number of years, facilitating self-growth and confidence building in both 121 and corporate settings. Fully qualified and regular counsellor for Youthline UK, Mind and PAWS, I use a head and heart approach to make you feel welcome and empowered.
Try out a session with me and set the pace as we team up to explore thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental way. Let’s also add in a dash of grounding techniques to help you manage the emotional stresses of everyday life.
I look forward to hearing your story and teaming up with you to help you get where you want to be, as fast as possible.
*Your Wellbeing Score is a wellbeing measure I use in private practice / agency work. It allows us both to track your feelings and progress.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that, for these types of issues, remote work with a therapist often produces comparable outcomes.
One major benefit of online care is flexibility – people can choose the communication method that best fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients retain the option to switch if they need a different therapeutic fit. For many, remote therapy is a practical way to access skilled support while managing daily commitments and life transitions.
