Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist and BACP registered member with over 17 years practice experience. Whilst practicing as a psychotherapist I have also worked in the care and support sector compassionately supporting vulnerable adults with mild/moderate and severe care needs.
In recent years my study and research of archetypal psychology and mindfulness/meditation has had positive influenced in my practice. This has allowed me to honour and bring in the narrative and mythological of an individuals into the therapeutic exchange.
I like to bring kindness and compassion in the therapeutic relationship and celebrate the coming together of our humanness to support the process. We are beings of darkness , light and initiating a dialogue with fragmented parts of ourselves informs my psychotherapy practice.
The creative imagination and tuning into the sensations in the body also supports the work. Inviting dreams into the space can also contribute to transformative experiences.
I look forward to meeting you and starting an experience that may transform your life experience or at least bring some comfort to how you experience yourself in the world.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers. Individuals can connect with a therapist in whatever way suits them best – by video call, by phone, via live chat or through in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different therapeutic match would be better they can switch therapists at any time.
