Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi I’m Sujarda
Originally from Newcastle and now living in Bonnie Scotland, I am an integrative counsellor and holistic therapist offering a range of services to support your mental health and wellbeing. I work with people on wide range of issues from major life changes, trauma and bereavement to simply wanting a space to talk things through and explore thoughts and feelings. I offer a holistic approach to counselling covering cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual issues. I have a private practice in the centre of Edinburgh called Space to Tame and I also support lots of people around the UK with online therapies.
What happens in a session:
Counselling can sound a bit intimidating if you’ve never had it before but really it’s just a safe space where you can explore issues and challenges, grow and reflect or just talk things through with someone who is trained to support you. You can choose different types of sessions including video, audio and live messaging to suit your needs and you can be supported in between sessions with worksheets and messages.
You choose the length of time you would like your session to be and then we work together to understand your situation, find new perspectives and find ways of dealing and coping with challenges.
