I’m a UK-certified Integrative Counsellor with a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling and Coaching, and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I bring 5 years of experience to my practice.
My mission is to gently support you in navigating life’s challenges, rediscovering your strengths, and moving toward a version of life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and fulfilling. I believe healing becomes possible when we are met with warmth, understanding, and the right tools to grow.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, trauma-informed, and faith-sensitive. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, low mood, grief, identity struggles, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I also support those exploring their relationship with God and faith, offering space for spiritual reflection in a way that feels meaningful to you.
A key part of my work is helping you cultivate Positive Psychological Capital, hope, self-belief, resilience, and optimism, so you feel better equipped to face life’s ups and downs with gentleness and strength.
Together, we’ll draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred support, and Positive Psychology practices like gratitude, acts of kindness, and meaning-making.
I warmly welcome and affirm people from all backgrounds, including those from LGBTQ+ communities. I offer a nurturing space where you can simply be, without pressure or judgement.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is convenience and flexibility. Clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit support into a busy life.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they need a different match. Online therapy can be a practical way to access evidence-based support without changing the core therapeutic experience.
