Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered member of the BACP and COSRT, with over four years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, work-related stress, life transitions, and relationship issues.
My approach is warm, respectful, and compassionate. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll tailor each session to your specific needs and goals, using evidence-based techniques to support your progress. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining person-centred therapy with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to tailor each session to your unique needs. I believe in working collaboratively, at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
I support adults of all ages, including professionals, students, and individuals navigating identity or relationship difficulties. I also welcome and affirm clients from the LGBTQIA+ community.
I also have a special interest in psychosexual therapy, helping clients explore concerns around intimacy, sexual wellbeing, desire, identity, and performance in a safe and respectful environment. These can be deeply personal issues, and I provide a non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard.
Whether you’re experiencing daily overwhelm or long-standing challenges, therapy can offer the space to reflect, grow, and regain control. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but reaching out is a strong and positive start. I’m here to support you when you’re ready.
Let’s work together to help you feel more in control, confident, and hopeful about the future.
