Maija Vosloboinikova is a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) with over four years of experience supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
She works with people facing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, work-related stress, life transitions and relationship difficulties. Her practice is informed by evidence-based methods and tailored to individual goals.
Maija’s style is warm, respectful and compassionate. She aims to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported and empowered, and she works collaboratively at each person’s pace to focus on what matters most.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, combining person-centred therapy with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) so sessions can be adapted to each client’s needs. She supports adults of all ages, including professionals, students and those navigating identity or relationship concerns, and she welcomes and affirms people from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Maija has a special interest in psychosexual therapy and helps clients explore concerns around intimacy, sexual wellbeing, desire, identity and performance in a non-judgemental setting. Whether someone is dealing with daily overwhelm or enduring issues, she offers space to reflect, develop coping strategies and work towards greater control, confidence and hope for the future.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, and Maija is available to support people when they are ready to begin therapy.
