Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi and welcome! I’m Clare, a qualified and registered counsellor. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many of life’s challenges.
I’m based in the UK, and I work exclusively with clients who are currently residing in the United Kingdom.
We all face tough times in life, it’s a natural and inevitable part of being human. Reaching out for support during these times is not a weakness, but a sign of strength, self-awareness, and courage. While the support of family and friends can be invaluable, there are moments when it’s simply not enough, when we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to be truly heard. It’s a place for healing, growth, and restoration; a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity, self-acceptance and resilience.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, loss, low self-worth, trauma, life changes, abuse or something that feels harder to name, I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard, validated, and understood.
My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. I work in a client-led, relational, and trauma-informed way, placing you at the heart of the process. Sessions are confidential and held with the utmost care, sensitivity, and respect.
For those who wish, I also offer counselling from a Christian perspective, but I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.
Clients often share that they appreciate my calm presence, gentle honesty, and the feeling of being genuinely heard. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside people as they process their experiences and begin to make sense of them, supporting them as they find their way forward, in their own time and at their own pace.
