Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative counsellor, I have been licensed for 9 years, I work with cognitive behaviour therapy, person centred and transactional analysis. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds with clients with a wide range of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, eating orders, family matters, relationship break ups, abuse amongst various other concerns. I work within the BACP ethical framework. I use a range of tools to enable clients with their concerns such as life graphs, Russian dolls, blob family, stress balls and sand.
I believe that treating each individual with warm, openness and honesty with giving them a safe place to be heard is the start of their journeys. I believe being non-judgemental with having congruence with openness and giving individuals autonomy they will be able to have a map of starting and seeing their journey through. I feel having a space from everyday life is often a key to see what was not seen before.
It takes courage to step out and start on this path, one that I feel will fulfil and advance you to where you would like to be, I am here to start this part with you to walk through with you and taking your power back.

Dorothi Oviosu is an integrative counsellor licensed for 9 years and practising in the United Kingdom.
She draws on cognitive behaviour therapy, a person-centred approach and transactional analysis to support people through a wide range of concerns. Dorothi has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds on issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family matters, relationship break-ups and experiences of abuse.
Working within the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework, Dorothi uses practical tools such as life graphs, Russian dolls, blob family, stress balls and sand to help clients explore their experiences and make sense of change.
She holds that offering warmth, openness and honesty creates a safe place to be heard, and that a non-judgemental stance combined with congruence and respect for autonomy helps people map the start of their journey and see progress. Dorothi believes that stepping away from everyday life to reflect can reveal what was previously unseen, and she aims to walk alongside clients as they find fulfilment and reclaim their sense of agency.
Many people want to know whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful.
