Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am registered in the UK with over 13 years of professional experience. I have helped clients to recover from or to manage a wide variety of issues. These include, amongst others, stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, relationships, trauma, attachment, bereavement, loss, abuse, identity issues, existential issues and addictions. These tend to be very common presenting issues. We can work together on recovery or on symptom management and explore deeper underlying issues in order to achieve acceptance and change. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My therapeutic training is integrative which means that my approach is flexible to meet individual client needs.
As a member of the BACP I adhere to their ethical framework to support and guide my work. I have monthly supervision to ensure the quality of my work and also undertake regular continuous professional development. This means that my work and approach is theoretically informed, current and effective.
I view our work as a joint venture. We will set aims together and work collaboratively to bring about meaningful and lasting change. We can also message between sessions using the platform. Many clients find this useful.
Is something blocking you from achieving your potential? Do you want to manage better? or feel better about yourself?
If so why not book an appointment to see whether I am the right therapist for you?
I wish you all the very best on your counselling journey.
Regards,
Anthony.

Many people question whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, evidence indicates that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity between appointments.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different match. For many people, online work provides an accessible, practical route to consistent therapeutic support.
