I am formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I am also a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) provider. I utilize an eclectic approach to support the unique needs you are coming to services to gain support for.

With more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Michelle brings a range of formal training to her work. She is licensed as a clinical mental health counselor in both New Hampshire and Florida. Her training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and she is a nationally certified provider of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Michelle draws from these approaches in an eclectic way to meet each person’s unique needs.
