Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist working from the person centred approach and integrate techniques from other therapeutic modalities i.e cognitive-behavioural therapy. I work from a non-judgemental and understanding environment to help clients express themselves. I have experience working with clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD and relationship difficulties. I have also worked with individuals with interpersonal difficulties, confidence issues and life transitions.
We can face many challenges in life and at times never have the time or space to talk them through. By exploring the emotions and thoughts associated with these challenges, we step closer to a better version of ourselves.
At the moment, I offer video or telephone sessions. I also have weekend sessions upon request and availability.
I look forward to working with you !

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and individuals may switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
