I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor (MBACP) with a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Psychology and years of experience working in multinational organizations and community service. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet your unique needs.
As a multi-lingual therapist, I am fluent in English and Urdu, allowing me to provide support in the language that makes you feel most understood.

I also have significant experience in cancer support, having worked with Macmillan Cancer Support at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Healthbox GP referrals. Through these roles, I’ve helped patients and their loved ones navigate emotional challenges with care and understanding.

Yasmeen Desnavi is an integrative therapeutic counsellor (MBACP – Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) who holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Psychology and has three years of experience working in multinational organisations and community services.
Her practice is rooted in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with sessions tailored to the individual needs of each client. She is fluent in English and Urdu, and provides support in the language that helps clients feel most understood.
Yasmeen works with a range of concerns including depression and anxiety management, stress reduction and resilience building, relationship counselling for families and couples, grief and loss support, and work to improve motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
She also has substantial experience in cancer-related emotional support, having worked with Macmillan Cancer Support at Manchester Royal Infirmary and through Healthbox GP referrals, assisting patients and their families as they navigate difficult emotions.
