My approach is empathetic drawing on a range of therapeutic methods, combined with insight, mindfulness and emotional awareness, to support each person holistically.. My aim is to help people build confidence, resilience, and have a clearer understanding of themselves. I’m committed to helping people understand themselves better so they can make lasting, meaningful changes.
I offer counselling online and face to face for depression, anxiety, relationships, family dynamics, attachment issues, trauma and much more, providing a calm and supportive environment in both settings. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to talk to, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening for you and find a way forward that feels manageable and authentic. I am a warm and caring person and aim to ensure I work ethically, respectfully and non-judgmentally with all my clients.
My working hours are;
Mon – Thurs 9-4pm (BST)
Fri 9- 12pm
Mon, Tues, Wed evenings 7.30-9.30pm (2 slots per evening).

When someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck or in need of someone to talk to, Wendy works collaboratively to explore what is happening and to identify a manageable, authentic way forward.
