Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Behavior Analyst providing supports and services in the Central Florida area for over 25 years. I have worked with parents and families of individuals with intellectual disabilities including autism, Aspberger’s, ADHD, OCD, anger management, and other related disorders. My work includes behavioral counseling for affected individuals as well as counseling and supports for parents, siblings, and other family members living and coping with the unique stressors of living with special needs individuals.
The challenges of living with and parenting a special needs individual often leads to depression, relationship issues, family conflict, and anxiety. While working with you to teach your child or adult with disabilities to lead a more stable and independent life, I can help your family deal with the related struggles you face on a daily basis. My approach is warm and compassionate with a blend of cognitive and applied behavior therapies and life skills training and support.
I look forward to working with you to improve the quality of life for you and your family!
