Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Veronica, I am Spanish and I have been living in central London for over 35 years. As I needed to learn a language and adapt to another culture, I understand and empathise with people experiencing stress and anxiety while they are trying to “fit in” and settle down in a new environment. Before becoming an integrative counsellor, I worked for over 20 years providing practical and emotional support for carers looking after children with disabilities and vulnerable adults.
My professional experience provides me with a wealth of knowledge, that added to my counselling skills, makes me well prepared to support clients going through a variety of life changes, whatever your social, economic or cultural background. I believe that one of the most important aspects of counselling is the connection and trust between a client and their counsellor. Therefore, finding a counsellor whose personality and style are a good fit for you is important.
My approach is friendly, warm, and non-judgemental. Within the therapeutic relationship, we will discuss together your preferences in therapeutic approaches and will develop goals. We will identify and tap into your strengths that will support your individual needs and move towards change.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is the flexibility it offers – individuals can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy is an accessible and practical option that supports ongoing work toward well-being.
