Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a person centred counsellor based in the UK and have experience in working with a range of issues such as bereavement & loss, mid-life issues, childhood trauma, sleep awareness, relationship issues, workplace difficulties and self-esteem. Working in education for over 20 years has helped me gain experience in parenting, school/attendance issues, ADHD, Autism and Aspergers (children and adults). In addition to talking therapy, I offer theory based exercises and activities, including mindfulness, Gestalt therapy and play therapy (for parents and families).
Everyone of us is unique. This is acknowledged and reflected in the way that I offer therapy: adapted to meet individual needs and be flexible in what clients bring to each session. I endeavour to work in an ethical, non-judgemental manor to suit the needs of of each client and their presenting issues.
If I can work with a client to help them make one positive change, then maybe that change can change their life for the better.
Let’s start to make those changes together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they have the option to switch to another therapist at any time.
