Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Traci,
I’m an integrative therapist who is BACP registered, which means I work within an ethical framework, designed to work within your best interests.
You’ve taken the first step! The decision to participate in therapy is a decision to live a more satisfying life and I am here to help you see how that would look if you choose me to work with you.
As well as holding space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, this may include reflecting on years gone by. You may think, “well what’s the point as its already happened”, but working with me in this way we may find the roots of what may be troubling you in the here and now.
Once we feel satisfied we’ve uncovered things, maybe long forgotten, I’m able to help with finding new – healthier coping mechanisms to arm you for the day to day grind of life, helping you understand yourself and gain acceptance and kindness where before there may have been judgement. Perhaps you feel stuck in a rut, unhappy in a relationship or at work, have suffered a loss, or maybe you just feel a little lost in life right now – let me help you find your way again.
I specialise in empowering people find their voice, understand and set boundaries and determine their self worth. Together we will work on how to find who you are and how you fit into this world, using a combination of techniques and theories.
I have 5 years of professional work experience. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
please be aware -If you work with me, we aim for a session weekly for the Therapeutic change to take place.. Therapy is a process and we build on knowledge weekly.
* late cancelations can not be avoided in emergencies, but if they continue they may result in me allocating your slot to a client on my waiting list.*

Many people question whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would be better they can switch therapists. For many, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option for working through everyday challenges and for supporting personal growth.
