Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are your thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours getting in the way of you feeling well? Maybe they are leaving you feeling frustrated, confused, overwhelmed or discouraged by the constant cycles of suffering you seem to experience?
I know how isolating this can feel and I am here to let you know that you don’t need to face it alone. I’m Tracey and I’ve been working therapeutically with individuals (adults and teens) for over 15 years in a number of settings including various charities, the NHS, International Schools in Asia and the Middle East and in Private Practice. In addition to my therapeutic practice I have taught trainee counsellors on an Integrative Counselling Degree Programme.
I am an ONLINE Person Centred Therapist and I draw upon a wide range of therapeutic tools and methods to help you process and move through what’s going on for you. I aim to offer you a therapeutic relationship that is rich in compassion, empathy, transparency and an unconditional acceptance of all of who you are and what you are experiencing.
I specialise in working with people who are struggling with relational issues; either your relationship with yourself and/or the relationships you have with others. Whether you are experiencing difficult feelings around self worth and value, shame, identity, body image, struggling with unhelpful relationship patterns or dealing with the weight of loss (-from the end of a relationship, the passing of a loved one, transitioning into different stages of life or losing a sense of yourself), I understand how deeply these experiences can affect your life and I am here to support you.

When thoughts, feelings or behaviours get in the way of feeling well, Tracey Simeonova supports adults and teenagers to move forward. She has worked therapeutically for over 15 years across a variety of settings, including charities, the NHS, international schools in Asia and the Middle East, and in private practice.
She has also taught trainee counsellors on an Integrative Counselling Degree Programme. Working online as a person-centred therapist, Tracey draws on a broad range of therapeutic tools and methods to help people process and move through their experiences.
Tracey aims to offer a therapeutic relationship characterised by compassion, empathy, transparency and unconditional acceptance of all of who a person is. Her approach prioritises listening and collaboration while tailoring techniques to the needs of each individual.
She specialises in relational difficulties – including the relationship someone has with themselves as well as the connections they hold with others. Areas of focus include self-worth and value, shame, identity and body image, unhelpful relationship patterns, and the weight of loss from relationship endings, bereavement, life-stage transitions or losing a sense of self. Tracey understands how deeply these experiences can affect daily life and provides steady support to work through them.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and reduces barriers to accessing consistent support.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective way to access ongoing therapeutic support from wherever they are.
