I worked in community mental health for six years and a psychiatric hospital for a year before that, working with a variety of clients and diagnoses, and I am now offering remote telehealth counseling services. I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and learning coping skills to help manage life’s stressors, as well as improving communication skills to help improve relationships with others.
