Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a humanistic counsellor, which means that I work by understanding what it is like ‘to walk in your shoes’ rather than by telling you what is ‘wrong’ with you. I am open to anything and everything you wish to bring to counselling. I offer my empathy and positivity in a genuine manner to provide you with time and space for reflecting upon yourself and your experiences in life. Insight I offer will be given gently yet with a level of integrity that may, at times, be challenging. I believe a central purpose of therapy is to generate alternative perspectives about who we are and how we live our lives. This is always done with the aim of helping you to make the changes you are looking for. A core principle within my practice is that being honest and accepting of our feelings and experiences allows the choices we make in life to become real and effective. I am accredited with the BACP in the UK with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience of working in health care, higher education and third sector organisations as well as in private practice. I have experience in helping clients with lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote sessions is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of support.
Each therapist offering online sessions is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they feel another fit would work better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
