Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Teresa — a Person-Centred counsellor and Mindfulness teacher based in the UK, with several years of experience supporting individuals through times of change, loss, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes work in both healthcare and therapeutic settings, and I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can be fully heard — without judgment, pressure, or expectation.
I’ve supported clients navigating:
Stress and burnout
Anxiety and emotional dysregulation
Relationship challenges and communication issues
Grief, bereavement, and complex loss
Low self-esteem and inner confidence
Life transitions, including career shifts, health changes, and spiritual growth
My approach is rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I’ll work alongside you — gently, collaboratively — helping you make sense of what’s been hard, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
It takes courage to ask for support. If you’re here, you’ve already taken the first step. I’d be honoured to walk beside you on the path ahead.
I hold a Professional Diploma in Counselling and am currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Stirling. I’m also a qualified mindfulness teacher and registered member of both COSCA and BACP, working in line with their ethical frameworks to ensure safe, compassionate, and client-centred care.
