I do this by providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk things through. I also believe that by getting in touch with and understanding the different (and sometimes contradictory!) parts of ourselves we can move through our troubles. Together we can access and explore these, with kindness, patience, creativity and humour.
My aim is to help improve the relationship you have with all the different part of you, so that the person in the driving seat is a calmer, more confident and joyful you. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and you are almost there. I look forward to working together.
