Suzanne Shea is licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL LCSW SW24461) and brings 3 years of clinical experience to her work.
Before training in social work, she spent more than twenty years building solutions in sales and ran her own business for the last 15 years of that period.
In 2020 she returned to complete a Master of Social Work program to pursue a lifelong goal of helping others with mental health, life, and relationship challenges.
She has worked with clients addressing addictions, family conflicts, grief and loss, motivation and self-esteem concerns, confidence issues, and coping with life changes.
Suzanne views each person as the expert of their own story and focuses on identifying strengths that support growth and recovery. She acknowledges the courage it takes to begin therapy and supports clients from that first step forward.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to switch providers if they prefer a different fit. This approach aims to make getting help more accessible while maintaining the same core goals as in-person care.
