Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 4 years of clinical experience. In 2016 I graduated from Shippensburg University with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then continued at Shippensburg to receive my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2018. I have worked in several treatment settings with different populations to include inpatient behavior health treatment with teens and adults in a psychiatric inpatient setting and inpatient and outpatient substance abuse counseling. While using a variety of therapeutic techniques, I tend to gravitate towards Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused techniques when working with her clients. I also enjoy utilizing holistic approaches to health and wellness and has a unique interest in helping athletes with performance anxiety.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of virtual care is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage in treatment from different locations.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they seek a different therapeutic fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical path to addressing everyday mental health needs and relationship concerns.
