Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a mixed race (British / Caribbean) counsellor with a deep level of understanding regarding culture, neglect, oppression, racism and identity. I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities. I work in a person centred way and like to put emphasis on you feeling seen and heard within the moment whilst exploring current emotions and experiences in a compassionate and holding environment. I will also draw upon other theories and approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Psychodynamic theory and Attachment Theory to further your understanding and potentially implement changes within your life that you may not have recognised as wanting to change.
I provide a safe and confidential space to explore and understand your current difficulties and situation whilst drawing upon past experiences and relationships with others, to help deepen your understanding and sense of self. My non judgmental and genuine approach within the therapeutic relationship enables a comforting and holding space to work towards reaching your full potential.
We can work together in addressing issues that feel unmanageable and help to unpick and make sense of those overwhelming feelings and scenarios we have to face in everyday life.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical route to address everyday difficulties and emotional concerns.
