Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is practical flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who offer online work are licensed professionals, and if you decide the fit is not right you are able to switch to a different therapist at any time.
