Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the mode of contact that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if at any point a different fit is needed you may switch to another therapist. Online therapy can therefore offer accessible, adaptable support for a range of everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
