Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and Texas, credentialed in substance abuse counseling as a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC). I have over 6-years of professional work experience, including but not limited to helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, career counseling, spirituality, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, imposter syndrome, emotional intelligence, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, abandonment, rejection, safety, and security issues. I have also worked with clients with clinical mental illnesses and personality disorders. I spent time training and working in Behavioral Health and Substance Use Agencies before going into private practice (see The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Illnesses). Additionally, I am well-versed in Medicated-Assisted-Treatment (MAT).
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the Human Services field for ten years with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. I also have a vast array of personal life experience in the areas in which I specialize. While I do not think we must have experienced what our fellow man/woman is going through to empathize with them, I believe that, in my case, it directed my path to the field of therapy/counseling.
My therapeutic approach will be tailored to your specific needs, and you and I will work together to determine your therapy goals. It’s okay if you don’t know or feel the list is too long to mention. Together we will find the answers you are looking for to help guide you in your journey.
I will work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life is courage. I am here to support you in that process, and I am so proud of you for taking that first step already.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – people can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it much easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and if someone later decides they want a different therapeutic fit, they can switch to another therapist. Online therapy offers accessible support for many day-to-day mental health needs while preserving the same professional standards you would expect from in-person care.
