My name is Richlyn Fletcher, and I have served in the helping profession as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 29 years. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Buffalo State College in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in New York City. Working in New York City has allowed me to serve clients from various ethnic backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. Therefore, my approach is holistic in nature, and I incorporate music, movement, art, etc. when appropriate to help with expression and to create change in the healing process. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness therapy, and individual strengths as techniques to help you reach your goals. Help is available to improve coping skills and work towards healing from depression, anxiety, addictions, grief, post-traumatic stress, and numerous other mental health diagnoses and physical illnesses. This includes individuals, couples, and families. I am available and willing to receive you, develop a working relationship, and treat you as the unique individual you are.
