I have worked with patienbts with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, substance and alcohol abuse and I have worked to help patients, couples and families navigate separation and divorce. I have worked with patients who have experienced trauma, loss and sexual abuse providing compassion and education as well as teaching my patients how to work with their bodies to help their symptoms. I utilizes a holistic approach to treatment as I have a fitness/body background history and I am credentialed in Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®). TRE is a healing modality that encourages the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma that we carry in our bodies over the course of our lives. Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.

One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to maintain consistent care even when life is busy or travel is difficult.

Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers if they feel a different fit is needed. For many individuals, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
