Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For most common concerns – like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
