Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In a therapeutic relationship, it’s not “about me” – it’s about you. It’s about listening deeply. It’s about asking the right questions and holding space for precious silence. It’s about utilizing a diverse range of clinical skills and life experiences to assist you with what is happening in your life right now, and teaching you skills that will allow you to help yourself in the future. From my deep treasure chest of therapeutic techniques I strive to “create a new therapy for each client” (following the guidance of renowned psychotherapist Irvin Yalom), helping you to discover what works best for you.
I have been a licensed professional counselor in Texas since 2001, but my first counselor training and internship was in Austin in the 1980’s. Since then I have explored a wide variety of approaches with a focus on somatic and experiential interventions for stress, pain, trauma, addiction and healing relationships.
Now, pause for just a moment before you go. Take a deep breath, hold it, add a big stretch, and let it go. Feel your feet, wiggle your toes. I hope that you find the help that you are needing in your life right now, and if you choose to work with me as your therapist I will be honored, and always give you my best.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can choose the format that fits their life and comfort level, including video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep consistency with treatment and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel another clinician would be a better fit. For many people, online counseling provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
