Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Sometimes the cycle of life keeps on going around and we can recognise the need to stop. Life can be really difficult and can often lead you to feel overwhelmed and alone.
Becoming a therapist came from a place of being overwhelmed and alone and wanting to be the person that sometimes we all need. I will always give my best to support those that are in need and offer a warm and caring environment to talk these difficulties through.
All of my experience and work with clients have developed my counselling style and become adaptable for those I work with. I believe having an outlet to discuss your worries and life problems can be a big help and often takes that weight off those heavy shoulders. Many of my clients find themselves laughing through their sessions and actually enjoy talking and sharing.
I have worked with those aged 6 to 68 for all kinds of reasons including anxiety, depression, self-harm, parental issues, adoptive families, those in the care system, family troubles, relationship problems, intimacy concerns and so much more. My training has always been integrated counselling meaning my toolbox is extensive and my practice tailored to suit those I am working with.
One of my key aspects of counselling is the relationship. Building a strong relationship is key and is one of my best attributes.
I look forward to working with you, supporting you on your journey and being that safe space that we often need.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions.
An important advantage of remote work is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone conversation, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to access support from wherever you are.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and if you feel the need for a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
