I can offer you a safe non judgemental relaxed space. Previously I have worked within a Drs surgery, in a homeless hostel and with Samaritan’s. I did start out as a hairdresser, then barber. Through these I found the importance of genuine listening and honesty, and the importance of having someone who really cared. I am credentialed in the UK with 6 years of professional experience. So whether it’s stress, anxiety, phobias, homelessness, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma ,abuse. ADHD, breakups, or self worth. Or parental challenges, Your no longer on your own! We will find that underlying strength that will assist you in overcoming what’s currently challenging you. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. Counselling is a journey not one to take on your own ,so one I will take with you. There is no pressures as every session is adapted to working at your pace.
