Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in the UK with 10 years of professional work experience. By education, I have completed my doctorate in psychology and working for mental health and contributing to people’s well-being is my passion.
I have worked with different set-ups like corporates, colleges, schools and hospitals before starting my own practice. My experience is very extensive and I am skilled at helping clients with stress and anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, body image issues, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
My approach is inclined towards using the very foundational schools of psychology with third wave psychotherapies. I rely on using Cognitive Behavioural Interventions with my clients along with therapies based in humanism. My most recent focus has been on mindfulness and I strongly use techniques like MBCT, ACT and DBT with my clients.
I believe that my clients are the experts of their life stories and that they have many strengths that will assist them in overcoming things that challenge them. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that, for these types of issues, virtual therapy often delivers comparable outcomes.
A major benefit is the flexibility it provides. People can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists if you feel another fit would be better for you. Online options expand access and can support a wide range of common mental health and relationship concerns.
