Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a UK-based therapist with 8 years of professional experience supporting people through life’s more complex and challenging moments. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as individuals managing chronic health conditions. Alongside this, I have significant education and experience working with clients from multicultural, expat, and international backgrounds—including drawing on my own lived experience navigating life across cultures.
I see therapy as a space where we can gently explore your experiences together, at your pace and in a way that honours your unique story. Your thoughts, feelings, and patterns—both past and present—deserve time and attention, not judgment. As we build trust, we can begin to notice what is getting in the way, where certain beliefs or behaviours may have come from, and how things might begin to shift. You bring insight, strength, and lived experience into the room, even if it does not always feel that way. My role is to offer curiosity, care, and support as we work together toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful and courageous step. If you are here, it already speaks to your resilience. I’m here to offer a steady, non-judgemental space as you move forward—at your own pace and in your own way.
