I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of direct counseling experience working with children, adolescents and adults in multiple settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use addictions, depression, anxiety, history of various traumas, domestic violence, Bipolar Disorder, family-related issues, parenting issues, parent-child conflict, relationship issues, intimacy issues, work-related issues, etc.
My counseling style is empathetic, understanding and engaging. I believe in treating my clients with the utmost respect, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, compassion and genuineness deserving of every person regardless of their situations or circumstances. My counseling approach is extremely non-judgmental and non-biased. I want my clients to feel that they are safe to say whatever it is that is on their heart and mind. My therapeutic approaches consist of motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. However, I will ensure that the therapeutic approach used will be tailored to my client’s specific needs.
I want to commend you for taking this monumental step toward a better you! It takes strength and humility to seek help when we need it so I do not take this moment of your time lightly. I would love to help support you along your journey and will be ready when you are.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For widely experienced concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be similarly effective to in-person treatment for most common issues.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that best suits them – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if a client decides they need a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable way to access professional mental health support when and how it is most convenient.
