Myke Richardson-Hughes is an integrative therapist and clinical supervisor based in the United Kingdom with 8 years of experience. He has worked with looked after children and young people aged 6 to 20, and has experience as a substance and alcohol misuse counsellor in a residential treatment centre.
Myke combines several therapeutic approaches to tailor support to each person. He uses Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic methods, expressive therapies, Compassion Focused Therapy and person-centred work. He also draws on further training in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and mindfulness when appropriate.
