Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am a LCSW with 7 years of therapy experience. I have worked in several areas of expertise including depression, anxiety, stress management, addictions, trauma, parenting, relationships, domestic violence, and communication and boundaries. I take a client centered, strengths based, approach when meeting with patients, focusing on solutions as well as hidden strengths, resources, and individuals’ areas of concern. I come from a community mental health background, in which I learned to identify immediate needs, collaboratively care plan with the patient, and work at the patient’s pace. I use person-first language and focus on how people have survived and overcome obstacles. I have experience specifically with domestic violence issues, working with perpetrators of domestic violence as well as focusing on communication and boundary issues in relationships. Each patient is unique, and I will tailor my approach to best meet your needs.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in whichever way feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That convenience makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity over time.
Therapists offering remote services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical path to support for common mental health and life concerns.
