Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a fully qualified counsellor and a Registered Member of BACP in the UK, I have experience in helping clients with a variety of concerns, life situations and mental health issues, including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, self esteem and self confidence issues, work and student issues, relationship concerns, and low mood and depression. I am experienced and qualified in working with clients both online and in person, in private practice and within a community organisation.
Sometimes life can bring us problems which can feel too difficult to see a way forward or might feel overwhelming at times. I will offer you a confidential space where you can explore and work through your concerns without judgement. You will be listened to and seen and met as an individual. I will be alongside you and can work with you to help you identify what might be the best for way forward for you.
My approach is Integrative Humanistic and draws mostly on Person Centred and Existential Therapies and is highly Relational. I may also draw on aspects of other approaches at times (such as Gestalt, Attachment Theory or CBT) depending on your needs and preferences. I will work collaboratively with you to understand what has led you here and what you are looking for from your counselling sessions.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to address our concerns and seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change, and when you are ready to start I am here to support & help empower you in that journey. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
