She works with adults on issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and trauma, and has experience supporting people with stress, career concerns, work-life transitions and spiritual presence. Her approach is personalised and draws on neuropsychology and a range of therapeutic modalities – polyvagal-informed work, somatic and trauma-informed therapy, ACT and mindfulness – recognising that no single method fits everyone.

In her therapeutic coaching work she supports entrepreneurs, home and hybrid professionals, remote business owners and executives facing work-life balance challenges or transitions in personal and professional development. She offers a four-session brief, focused programme for clients with a specific, achievable goal – the first session uses a polyvagal lens, the second introduces the ACT loop, and the third and fourth sessions provide optional techniques and tools tailored to the client’s objectives.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to in-person sessions for most people.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or to access support from different locations.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists if a different fit is needed. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical and effective way to work on mental health and life challenges while maintaining the convenience of connecting from home or elsewhere.
