Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My therapy style is open, genuine, accepting and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based approaches. Through a warm, empathetic and supportive environment we can begin to work together to provide relief and to help work through any challenges or obstacles you may be experiencing.
I graduated from Rutgers University with a Master Degree in Social Work and I’m a licensed clinical therapist in both New Jersey and New York. I am also a credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor in the state of New York. My path started in college when i decided to switch majors and decided that I wanted to go into the helping field and to be able to help others. Therapy takes commitment and courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to be able to work towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their life best, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain momentum and keep therapy consistent despite a busy schedule.
Each therapist available is a licensed professional, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
