Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Melissa, I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a qualified therapist with five years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health and well-being journey. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, loss, and life transitions. My approach is person-centred, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, always ensuring that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout the process.
I have completed Level 5 training in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which has provided me with the knowledge and skills to work at a deeper level with clients. My training also includes ethical and professional guidance, ensuring that I work safely and effectively to support you.
I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. My work is rooted in integrative therapy, which means I draw from different therapeutic models—including person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches—to find what works best for you. Whether you need a space to process your thoughts, explore patterns of behaviour, or develop coping strategies, I’m here to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you.
My role as your therapist is to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that gains understanding and growth. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future, I can support you in finding clarity, resilience, and self-empowerment.
If you have any questions about my approach or whether therapy with me is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out. I look forward to working with you.

Many people want to know whether online therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers. People can connect with their therapist in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, a live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to support and progress.
